Formulated for those with dry, damaged hair, the HYDR-8 Essentials Kit features amino acids and Karmatin™, a vegan keratin alternative. Start with HYDR-8 Hydrate and Repair Shampoo to gently cleanse, hydrate and help repair damaged strands. Follow with HYDR-8 Hydrate and Repair Conditioner to soften, smooth and add shine. Once or twice a week in place of a conditioner, use HYDR-8 Deep Moisture Repair Mask for an ultra-reparative treatment.

Start by lathering a quarter-size amount of HYDR-8 Hydrate and Repair Shampoo onto wet hair from scalp to ends. Leave in for 1 minute, then rinse.
After shampooing, wring out excess water from hair. Apply a quarter-size amount of HYDR-8 Hydrate and Repair Conditioner onto damp hair from scalp to ends. Leave in for 2 minutes, then rinse.
Once or twice a week in place of a conditioner, use HYDR-8 Deep Moisture Repair Mask. After shampooing, wring out excess water from hair. Apply a generous amount to damp hair from roots to ends. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse.

There is no right or wrong answer. It’s really a personal question and depends on scalp sebum production (oily or dry) and hair density (thick or thin) as well as hair texture.

No, we don’t recommend using this mask overnight. Leaving the hair mask on longer than 5 minutes can provide some additional conditioning benefits, but we recommend using no longer than 10 minutes.
