VegaLash will choose the best, most economical shipping method possible unless otherwise specified by the customer.
VegaLash will provide tracking for all shipped packages.
Shipping delivery time (transit time) are carrier controlled and can not be guaranteed by VegaLash.
Ship date is an estimate based on the availability of merchandise. Merchandise is expected to ship within 48 hours of order if ordered Monday Thru Friday. If ordered on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, shipping will occur within 48 hours of the next business day.
Shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based and/or based on the size of the shipping package. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping and handling charges will include a nominal handling fee.

- We are currently not shipping internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii - we apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you posted as we expand beyond the 48 continental states.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- VegaLASH will provide tracking for all shipped packages to the email address provided upon order placement.
- To track your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
- Delivery time (transit time) is carrier controlled and can not be guaranteed by vegaLASH. To track your package just click on the tracking link sent to you by us. If your package has been “stuck” without movement for 4-5 business days (holidays excluded) - send us a note to email@example.com with your name and order number and we'll be happy to research further and resolve the situation.
- We strive to ensure that your order will arrive within 7-11 days of purchase, excluding holidays.

If the purchase is less than 30 days old and if you are unsatisfied for any reason with your experience, just contact us.
Be honest. We want to hear from you. Let us know what happened! We may ask a couple of questions so we can understand how we could have done better.
To return your product within this 30 day window, we will issue to you a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will also tell you where to ship your return. Write anywhere on the box the RA number given and simply ship within 10 days of your receipt of the RA number.
OUR PART of the Process
We received your return.
Now we need to inspect what you sent to make sure your return is eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your vegaLASH must still have 50% or more of the product in the tube.
- The vegaLASH tube cannot be damaged or altered in any way.
- A proof of purchase is required which we can find via your RA#.
We processed your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not your return is eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined above. Give us up to 15 days and we will credit your card back the amount of the refund.
Didn't get your refund yet? If you haven't received a refund within 15 days of approval notification, please contact your bank account or call your credit card company to see if the transaction is in process. If there is still a problem - let our team know!
